The Day I Had To Say Good-Bye!

Today was the day I had to say good-bye to someone I deeply cherished. It was the day I found out he was getting married. When I heard the news I felt like a dagger went through my heart, and it fell apart piece by piece. I wish I could turn back time, and see how he were mine. If I was the one standing at the altar with him, I'd forever swear to love and cherish, for richer or for poorer in sickness and in health to be there for him. Tell me it's true that when you leave, you'll never forget me. We were the best of friends, like sister and brother. Every day I have you inside my mind, I feel your heartbeat each time I close my eyes. Imagination is the key, I want you inside of me. There are times I lie awake, dreaming of running into your arms. I'll be the one standing by your side through good and bad. Love is an action, to be in love it takes two. So before you get involved, please be sure it's true. Love is something that can never be bought, changed or given to someone you don't love with your heart. Never let the person you love slip through your fingers, because that might be the person you were destined to be with for the rest of your existence. True love is the one thing that can never be broken. Even through death, love is eternal--it will forever burn. I cry at night, I laugh at day, all these feelings of you going away leaves me in pain. He broke my heart, and it shattered like glass. I hope we stay friends or even more forever. I don't really know how to feel, I'm confused. He deceived me and turned everything around. You are that special someone who's made all my dreams come true. So now whenever we're apart I find that same bright star it makes me feel so close to you no matter where you are. I've always appreciated you for what you had, and was always supporting you in every which way. So, the last thing I want to say is,"I Love You and no matter what I will always be there for you." I'll always think of you and smile. But, now I must forever know you've got another special person in your heart.
